“Annually, we work on several projects, some of them are in progress, some are not talked about publicly yet and to some of them, we return together with the clients. We started a relatively new cooperation with INEKON SYSTEMS, a company providing a management information system. Why relatively? Because we’ve been connected for many years, through the interface of our common customer MP Krásno where we take care of planning and sales prediction support, in cooperation with the SALSO company,” explains Petr Jaluvka, executive head of DYNAMIC FUTURE.

Business scenarios simulations

SALSO is a consulting company in the field of logistical processes and thanks to DYNAMIC FUTURE, it’s able to cooperate with experts in programming dynamic simulation tasks with the software tool Witness. DYNAMIC FUTURE is an exclusive distributor of unique simulation software that is able to optimize production, service and logistical systems. It’s created by Lanner Group.

MP Krásno was the first, but certainly not the last company that had such difficult requirements on the supplied management support system. “Therefore, our companies have since been cooperating with every company that needs to set up a system of demand prediction, sales planning, production capacity planning, goods transport optimization, material purchasing or expedition and warehousing”, says Ivan Slustik, partner and director of SALSO.

Compiling a plan in BNS is going to be more effective. INEKON SYSTEMS together with SALSO and DYNAMIC FUTURE is currently working on integration of dynamic simulation tasks and BNS in the area of the individual decisions’ impact on economic results and cash flow. Using the methods “What happens if” or “What needs to happen in order to”, the BNS users are going to be allowed to simulate individual business scenarios. The scenarios can then be taken over by the tools of dynamic simulation and, in accordance with the specific assignment, are going to enable choosing an ideal parameter variant across the entire plan – in order to achieve the desired result.

Sales prediction as a part of the entire concept

Working for Madeta is worth mentioning as well. DYNAMIC FUTURE helps to deal with three areas: conception of the whole planning process, sales prediction and production planning support. One of the software applications that is used by their experts is PREWIT designed for demand prediction in dependence with the consumption analysis from the past. “At the same time, we make use of the predictive planning application PPA 4.0 in order to support production planning,” adds P. Jaluvka.

DYNAMIC FUTURE started cooperating with Madeta three years ago. The first task was to perform a logistics audit that then led to long-term cooperation. “We work on sales prediction and its projection into the production plan. The whole concept is being launched, from the mentioned sales prediction through MRP (Material Resource Planning) to capacity verification of the production itself. Both applications are based on models created in Witness,” states the executive head, given that the implementation is carried out in cooperation with SALSO s.r.o.

The logistics audit is usually the first step that is taken by DYNAMIC FUTURE. It serves as an initial analysis that is the basis for the following decisions. Last year, it was performed in LYCKEBY CULINAR, LYCKEBY AMYLEX and more.
