In fact, it\u2019s nothing new as a topic. However, there is an interesting case of the warehousing giant <strong>DB Schenker<\/strong> who is providing <strong>logistic services<\/strong> for a Scandinavian eshop with toys.<\/p>\n<p>There are no people working in their warehouses, orders are prepared only by robots that, completely autonomously, ship them to customers immediately. An order you make today will arrive to you until the next day, and you can be sure you got it from one of the robotic workers.<\/p>\n<p>On a daily basis, the robots can execute up to <strong>40 000 consignments<\/strong>. Compared to humans, they are <strong>60% more efficient<\/strong> and <strong>save 20 % of space<\/strong>.
