What\u2019s New?<\/span><\/h3>\n

This version provides modelers with new tools and different approaches for developing predictive digital twins, investment protection when there are changes in the business and utilization of digital transformation as a basis for the strategy of Industry 4.0.<\/span><\/p>\n

WITNESS Horizon 22.0 represents Lanner\u2019s commitment to provide a platform for predictive simulation, offering the most powerful modeling studio with excellent connectivity, stunning visualization and top-notch process optimization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most important features include improved connectivity, extended AGV elements, predictive maintenance function and timeline visualization. Let’s have look at them:<\/span><\/p>\n

Improved Connectivity<\/span><\/h3>\n

WITNESS Horizon 22.0 gives modelers control over their data streams and connectivity options. Tools for export and import were simplified and now it\u2019s possible to control and analyze the results of the scenarios even more simply, with use of a new frame-workflow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Extended Agv Elements<\/span><\/h3>\n

New extended AGV elements enable users to quickly create a model of the system for exact assessment of optimal performance requirements. These new elements, among other features, include functions for interruption of operation, battery charging level and trace options for scrolling through points and intersections.<\/span><\/p>\n

Predictive Maintenance<\/span><\/h3>\n

With the requirement of saving costs and time demands reduction, Predictive maintenance is becoming a strategic necessity when trying to avoid expensive unplanned downtimes. New Predictive maintenance functions enable modelers to predict significant system crashes through feedback or setting working parameters of sensors that launch maintenance tasks with the goal of preventing these crashes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visualization Through Timeline<\/span><\/h3>\n

WITNESS Horizon 22.0 continues in expanding data visualization capabilities and offers this type of imaging as a part of a graph tools package. Therefore, it enables the users to view the state changes of individual elements within the simulation time and offers a clear view on the impact the individual elements have on the performance of the wider interconnected system.<\/span><\/p>\n
