What lean organization looks like and what the magic behind it is. We will teach you the basic methods of lean organization, and also how to specifically proceed when implementing lean to the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because the material flow of the company (and especially manufacturing) might significantly influence the expensiveness and also speed of the production, we have included this issue<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the training program as well. How to set the correct size of stock? How to design a kanban circuit and how to implement these principles to your production? If you\u2019re asking this kind of questions, this training is ideal for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe goal of lean administration is the creation of effective and stable processes which enable achieving great productivity, required quality and maximal performance of administrative activities in the given process time.\u201d Simply put, the leanness principle can be applied not only to production, but also to offices and administration.
