KLM Royal sells seats on planes and trains staf<\/strong>f<\/h3>\n

A total of 104 digital twins are also effectively used by the airline. Firstly, thanks to them, it accelerates the training of employees<\/strong> by allowing them to virtually train the crews responsible for cleaning the aircraft, secondly, when it offers passengers seats for sale.<\/p>\n

When it comes to cleaning, thanks to the digi twins, it was possible to reduce the length by 30 percent. And the tour of the cabins for those interested in the flight is a huge success. Who wouldn\u2019t want to virtually try out which seat on the plane will be the most comfortable.<\/p>\n

Football World Cup under the supervision of digi twins<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For the first time in history, digital twins connected several stadiums where the football championship was played. The aim was to process current data on security, energy conditions, weather, and the like in such a way that nothing would disrupt the course of the World Championship.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Johnson Controls OpenBlue and Microsoft Azure technologies, it was possible to handle around 3 million footbal<\/strong>l fans watching matches in 8 stadiums in Qatar.<\/p>\n

Australia is about to move towards net zero energy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Siemens and Swinburne University of Technology plan to develop a digital twin for Australia\u2019s energy grid. The price? 3.4 million Euros.<\/p>\n

Its aim will be to look for ways to reduce energy consumption<\/strong> and minimize emissions. It should also deal with improving energy efficiency, transport, and storage.<\/p>\n
